• Minimal data collection — We only collect what is necessary for learning. Children are not required to provide a surname, location, or photo
• No behavioural advertising — Children's data is never used for targeted ads, marketing, or sold to third parties
• No social features — Children cannot message other children, post publicly, or share personal information on the Platform
• Parental dashboard — Parents can view, manage, and delete their child's data at any time
• Session safeguards — Live sessions are recorded and made available to parents. All tutors are DBS-checked and verified

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Verified tutors — Tutors can see a child's first name and learning progress relevant to their sessions, nothing more
• Schools — If enrolled through a school plan, the school administrator can view their students' progress data
• Service providers — Trusted partners who help us operate the Platform (hosting, payments, analytics), bound by strict data processing agreements
• Legal requirements — When required by law, regulation, or to protect the safety of our users

We take the security of your data seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it:
